This page tells you the rules for using www.willowandwax.com and ordering from us. Be a decent person, pay for what you order, and we will do everything reasonable to make sure you love what you get.

The site and the products sold through it are operated by Willow & Wax Goods LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“Willow & Wax,” “we,” “us”).

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately. Wood grain and candle pours vary naturally between pieces; small differences from the listing photos are part of the craft, not a defect.

If a piece arrives damaged or substantially different from its description, contact us and we'll make it right (see Returns below).

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Payment is processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping. Sales tax is added where required by law.

We ship to addresses in the United States. Free standard shipping on orders over $75; otherwise a flat shipping fee applies and is shown at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are best efforts and not guarantees.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package as delivered. If a package goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and you to resolve it.

We accept returns of unused, unburned, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wasn't what was ordered.

Custom and commissioned pieces are non-returnable except for defects or shipping damage.

All photos, copy, designs, logos, and other content on this site are owned by Willow & Wax Goods LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You are welcome to share product photos and links on social media with attribution.

Don't use the site to do anything illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive. Don't try to break, scrape, or overwhelm the site. We can suspend or close accounts that do.

The site and the products are provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the site working and our descriptions accurate, but we don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Candles can start fires if used carelessly. Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, never leave them unattended, keep them away from drafts, children, and pets, and stop burning when there is less than half an inch of wax left. Follow any safety instructions on the label.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that we can't resolve directly will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We'll update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with a “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we'll do our best to give you reasonable notice. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
